Keep these tips in mind before trying out any of my dishes:

Cook in mustard oil. Its not only an healthier option but also makes the dish more flavourful.

Mix the powdered masala in water before putting it in the kadhai, it blends well & sautes (bhunos) nicely.

Put the zeera in the kadhai only when the oil is hot, it will crackle nicely & lend its flavour and taste to the dish.
