Don't waste any part of the vegetable, not even the peels. Do try this interesting recipe from my khazana.
Ingredients
Raw Banana - 4
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
Whole Methi - 1/2 teaspoon
Besan - 1 tablespoon
Mustard Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Step 1 - Boil the bananas in a pressure cooker, one whistle is good.
Step 2 - Peel the boiled bananas & cut the peel of the banana into small pieces.
Step 3 - Mix all the masalas & besan in the peel.
Step 4 - Heat oil in a kadhai, temper it with whole methi and add the banana peel. Keep sautéing on slow flame, till oil separates & the dish becomes nice & crisp.
Step 5 - Serve hot with parathas.
