One of my most favourite fish recipes which I enjoy making and eating several times during every winter. Hope you do the same!
Ingredients
Rohu Fish - 500 grams
Onion Paste - 3
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoons
Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Homemakerz Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek Seeds ( Methi ) - 1 tablespoon
Mustard Oil - 5-6 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Green Coriander to garnish
Method
Step 1 - Coat the fish with salt & turmeric and fry it in hot mustard oil & keep aside.
Step 2 - In the same oil, put fenugreek seeds & all the ground masala. Saute really well & when half done add the fried fish.
Step 3 - Now nicely saute the fish with the masala till the oil separates.
Step 4 - Garnish with fresh green coriander and Homemakerz Garam Masala & serve hot with roti.
