A healthy winter sweet dish made from sesame seeds & jaggery! Enjoy making & serving them this festive season.
Ingredients
White Sesame Seeds - 250 grams
Jaggery - 250 grams
Water - 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1 - Dry roast the sesame seeds in a wok. They will begin to crackle and that is a sign of them getting roasted. Keep them aside.
Step 2 - Now put jaggery in the wok & water. Cook until we get 2 strands of the melted jaggery. Switch off the gas.
Step 3 - Add the sesame seeds to the jaggery & mix well.
Step 4 - Make laddoos/ balls in your palm by putting a little water on your palm.
Step 5 - Brush a plate with some oil & arrange the laddoos on it.
